These two apartments are available for winter season rental from November to February and are situated within a residential complex in Marina D’Or - Cala D’Or, complete with community pools. They are located in the same block of two houses within the complex, and each apartment boasts a terrace for relaxed outdoor living. The ground-floor apartment comes with a covered porch next to the garden and a barbecue for private use, while the first-floor apartment has a small terrace off the living room-kitchen, as well as a large sun terrace on the roof. The well-maintained complex has seven community pools to enjoy.

As for the interiors, both apartments share an identical layout, featuring approximately 50 m2 of living space. Step inside to find a spacious living-dining room with an open, furnished kitchen complete with a range of appliances.
