These three contemporary apartments offer a communal garden and pool and are situated only 100 meters from the Cala Dor port in Cala Egos. The three-story building has an entrance on two different streets and occupies approximately 450 square meters of land. Guests can park their cars in the gated entrance area. Each apartment has its own covered outdoor staircase entrance.

With two apartments on the ground floor (A), another on the first floor (B), and the third on the second floor (C), all are approximately 90 square meters, and include a covered outdoor terrace of around 15 square meters. The ground floor apartment offers access to an outdoor terrace that surrounds the bedrooms and includes a laundry room with washing machine.

Each apartment offers a spacious living room with modern, integrated kitchen featuring numerous storage spaces, ceramic hob, and stainless steel appliances, such as an electric oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave. The living room leads to the terrace, while a hallway leads to two double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes (the ground floor apartment offers access to the terrace), and a bathroom with shower. All rooms are bright and well-lit.

The apartments are well-equipped with high-quality furnishings, including light stoneware floors, double-glazing in the windows, three air conditioning units (hot and cold) in the living room and bedrooms, a SAT antenna and WIFI.
