Located on the second floor of a charming three-story building, each of the four apartments boasts a private covered terrace complete with a portable barbecue ideal for entertaining. The apartments offer between 35-40 sq. metres of living space, having been built in 1980 with some subsequent modernisations.

Inside, guests will enjoy the cozy living-dining room with an open furnished kitchen, including a 2-burner vitro cooker, small fridge, and microwave. There is a double bedroom equipped with a built-in wardrobe, and the bathroom has a shower.

For your convenience, the apartments are fitted with essential amenities such as light ceramic tile floors, double glazing, SAT TV and Spanish antenna, Wifi connection of 600 mb, two AC units (hot-cold) in the living room and bedroom, electric light, town running water (not drinkable), and hot water by way of an electric water heater.

Pets are not allowed, and electricity costs €60/month, with the invoice reviewed at the end of the stay. Final cleaning fees are €60.
