Upon entering the ground floor, you'll find an inviting entrance with a staircase to the first floor, a well-appointed kitchen with an American bar, outfitted with ceramic hobs, an electric oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, and laundry room with a fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, and electric water heater. The living-dining room provides access to the covered terrace, while two double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and a bathroom with a bathtub/shower en suite complete the ground floor.

On the first floor, you'll discover two additional double bedrooms with built-in wardrobes, one of which offers access to a sizable L-shaped terrace, a bathroom with a bathtub/shower, and one bedroom with a bunk bed, built-in wardrobe, and a small terrace.
