This rustic property is available for winter season rental from October/November to March. It consists of two separate houses and two pools, all located in Manacor. The property spans over 100,000 m2 and is completely enclosed. Access is provided through a rural road, with the entrance approximately 400 m away from the main road. The agricultural land is home to sheep, almond and carob trees, olive trees, and a Talayotic village.

At the entrance, an automatic barrier with video intercom and surveillance camera provides added security. The property can be reached via a tree-lined path leading to four typical Majorcan renovated possessions. One of the houses is for private use during the summer season, while the other three are available for vacation or temporary rental. The houses feature front terraces that make for pleasant outdoor spaces.

Designed with families in mind, the property boasts a terrace area with a closed swimming pool for the safety of children. There are also covered and uncovered children’s areas, a communal barbecue area with two outdoor barbecues, a covered dining room, a large porch with a ping-pong table, and a children’s playground. The house benefits from its own water and electricity from GESA.

There is the option to seek permission to bring pets, and a one-month deposit is required. Pool and garden maintenance, water, internet, and costs of rubbish are included, along with weekly cleaning. Electricity costs are charged separately per counter in advance, and optional heating per gasoil per tanccounter is available upon request.

The other two houses can be rented separately, or all three houses are available together. The property is approximately three kilometers away from the Golf course and a mineral water source, 3.8 km from Manacor, 17 km from the coast, and 51 km from Palma.
