Take advantage of our winter offer between November and March/April and rent this lovely finca with a pool on the outskirts of Portopetro, conveniently located near Cala Mondrago and S Amarrador. This charming and private property offers over 250 m2 of enclosed space, featuring multiple covered and open terraces with garden furniture and sun loungers overlooking the pool. BBQ facilities and parking spaces are available for your convenience.

The ground floor house, built in 1988, boasts approximately 170 m2 of bright living space, including a spacious living room, a dining area, a fully-equipped kitchen with ceramic hobs, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave, as well as a washing machine. There are three comfortable double bedrooms, one of which includes an en-suite bathroom with a bath/shower, and one additional bathroom with a bath/shower. The property is also equipped with brown floor tiles, single glazing, brown wooden shutters, a fireplace, and three AC units (hot and cold) to ensure your comfort. Entertainment options include satellite TV, Spanish television, and WIFI connection from 1 MB. We also provide bed linen, towels, a baby cot and high chair, a hairdryer, and an ironing board.

The finca is located in a quiet area, approximately one kilometre from the coast and 65 km from Palma. Portopetro is a short drive away, providing access to all the necessary amenities such as markets, services, bars and restaurants. Our pet-friendly property is available for rent for a minimum of four months, and additional electricity consumption costs will be charged based on usage. A one-month deposit is required, and one month's rental is available upon request. Please note that pool and garden maintenance are not offered during the winter season. However, we can arrange an additional cleaning mid-stay upon request (at an extra cost). Internet, water, and two bottles of gas are included in the rental price.
