Winter Special Offer available from November to March/April! This charming ground floor chalet with a plot of land and terrace is situated right on the beautiful S Almunia beach. The walled plot of approximately 350 m2 is adorned with lovely shrubs and also features two covered and one uncovered patio spaces (one with afternoon sun), parking, a BBQ, an outdoor laundry room with a washing machine, and a manual gate.

The living area spans approximately 60 m2 on one level, with step access. The left side of the entrance area boasts a cozy bedroom, while on the right side, there's a compact, well-equipped fitted kitchen with gas hobs, a fridge-freezer combination, dishwasher, and electric oven. Beyond the kitchen lies a bright living/dining room with a fireplace, and to the back on the right, there's a small bathroom with a shower. Adjacent to the living room, you'll find the second bedroom, which opens onto the garden at the back of the chalet.

The chalet was fully renovated in 2022 and features light-colored floor tiles, single-glazing with a partial sliding window system, internet from 6 MB, 1 vent, and 1 x AC (hot-cold). Other amenities include electric hot water heating, mains water, mains electricity, new furniture, 1 fireplace, and an inner courtyard with a small garden and furniture, along with 2 loungers.

Pets are allowed upon arrangement, with a minimum rental of 2 months, for up to 3 people. Monthly rental payments are accepted, or in advance with an advance fee of €80 for electricity. Actual consumption is read from the invoice template or meter at the end of the rental period, and extra wood is available for the fireplace.

Intermediate cleaning is possible for an additional fee. The upper floor is only used by the owners in the summer and isn't available for rent.

The chalet enjoys an idyllic, peaceful location with few neighbors, amid a wooded area approximately 100 meters away from the beach, 5 km from Santanyi, and 55 km from Palma.
