The property spans over 100,000 m2 and is fully enclosed, with access via a rural road approximately 400 m from the road. The land features agricultural plots with sheep, almond and carob trees, olive trees, and even a Talayotic village.

Upon entering the property, guests will encounter an automatic barrier with video intercom and surveillance camera. The entrance to the land is via a picturesque path decorated with trees that leads to a typical Majorcan renovated possession of four houses. One of the houses is used privately in the summer season, while the other three are available for vacation or temporary rental. Each house has a terrace in front of its entrance, creating a pleasant outdoor space.

The property is ideal for families and features a closed swimming pool for the safety of children, as well as covered and uncovered children’s areas. A communal barbecue area with two outdoor barbecues is located next to a covered dining room, while a large porch contains a ping-pong table and a children’s playground. The property is in close proximity to various amenities, including a golf course, mineral water source, Manacor, the coast, and Palma. It is available for rent as individual houses or rented together. Tenants will be required to provide a one-month deposit and pay for electricity costs in advance. The rental price includes pool and garden maintenance, internet, water, and rubbish costs, as well as weekly cleaning. Pets may be allowed with prior consultation.
