Built in 1980 and recently renovated in 2022, this apartment is fully furnished and equipped with every modern amenity you might need. It features an entrance hall leading to a well-lit living room with an open-plan kitchen that comes equipped with brand new appliances, including a ceramic hob, an oven, and a fridge. Two double bedrooms are also included, one of which boasts a built-in wardrobe, while the bathroom is equipped with a modern shower.

Additionally, this lovely apartment comes complete with numerous features, such as beautiful brown stoneware tile floors, double glazing, aluminum shutters, air conditioning (hot and cold) in each bedroom and the living room, access to TV with a Spanish antenna, Internet connection, and town running water, to name just a few. Moreover, electricity and hot water are provided by electric therm for your convenience.

In case you have a small pet, you can always consult with us before making your booking. To secure your stay, there is a requirement for a month's deposit and payment for the electricity in advance.
