Take advantage of our winter offer from November to April and cozy up in one of our two modern apartments right on the beach in Colonia St. Jordi. Located on a charming pedestrian street, both apartments boast stunning views of the beach and port. With four apartments in total, two are situated on the first floor and one on the second floor. Perfect for use as a second-home during summer, each apartment features a spacious 25 m2 terrace on the front roof of the first floor, and the second floor is equipped with a covered terrace complete with an awning. Additionally, each apartment has a 15 m2 covered terrace at the rear that contains a washing machine and an electric water heating system with a capacity of 100 liters.

Apartment A and B, located on the 1st floor, feature an outdoor terrace of 25 m2 that leads to a modern dining area with an equipped kitchen with vitro, oven, fridge, dishwasher, and microwave. Apartment A features one double bedroom with a wardrobe that leads to the rear terrace, and another double bedroom. Apartment B is similar to A, but also features a kitchenette and a small double bedroom leading to the rear terrace. Both apartments have one fully-equipped bathroom with a shower and a wardrobe in the hall.

Apartment C, located on the 2nd floor, is similar to Apartment A and also has a delightful front terrace. Additionally, it offers a third double bedroom on a mezzanine level that can be reached via a spiral staircase near the entrance.

All apartments are equipped with white PVC windows and doors, double glazing, faux parquet grey ceramic floors, air conditioning in the rooms, SAT TV, WIFI Internet of up to 300 MB, and an electric thermo of 100 liters. Fully furnished with modern, stylish decor and a complete set of equipment, these apartments are the perfect choice for your beach vacation.

The apartment is directly in front of the beach and port, 300m from the supermarket, and just 52 km from Palma. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed. Each apartment has two fully equipped bathrooms with showers. Prices start at 1,200 € for the two-bedroom apartments and 1,500 € for the three-bedroom apartment, plus the cost of electricity.
