This spacious chalet is available for winter season rental from November until March. Situated between Colonia St. Jordi and Ses Salines, the property is enclosed by a hedge and boasts a well-maintained garden with lawn, citrus and palm trees. The quiet location features an automatic entrance gate, pool with outdoor shower, a large covered terrace area with jacuzzi and portable BBQ, and a 480 m2 tennis court at the back of the plot. The two-story chalet features five bedrooms, each with an integrated bathroom with shower and tub, and a guest toilet on the ground floor. The ground floor also includes a bedroom with a unique, integrated shower and separate toilet, a welcoming living room with a closed fireplace, and an adjacent dining area, as well as a white, fully equipped kitchen with a small breakfast area and a terrace outdoor. The remaining four bedrooms are located on the first floor, each with single beds and fitted wardrobes.

A deposit of one month is required. In addition to a winter season rental, the chalet can also be rented for a few days throughout the year (see CH 14 under holiday rentals). Animal husbandry is possible with prior arrangement.

Located approximately 2.3 km from the coast and beaches, 12 km from Campos, and 52 km from Palma, this quiet and upscale area is perfect for a relaxing getaway. For those who need a rental car, a supplier can be conveniently reserved through the home page, providing easy access to the airport.
