This urban plot is found at the entrance of the prestigious Cuevas de Canyamel urbanization, occupying a corner position with access to two streets. It's just a short 5-minute stroll to the beach and a mere 8-minute walk to the town center and Canyamel caves. Although the terrain is quite uneven, it is clothed in copious vegetation and has no border. The site offers partial views towards the scenic Canyamel bay and the mountains enveloping the area.
