Take advantage of our winter offer from September to May and enjoy a delightful stay in a charming apartment in Colonia St. Jordi offering spectacular sea views. Located on the 2nd floor, the apartment is part of a small complex with only 2 other units and includes a parking space just 30 meters from the beach. The living space covers approximately 100m2 across 3 bedrooms (2 double and 1 single) furnished with fitted wardrobes and 2 fully-equipped bathrooms with bath/shower. Additionally, the apartment features a fully-fitted kitchen with storage room and laundry facilities including a washing machine. Enjoy a light-flooded living-dining room featuring a covered terrace of approximately 8 m2 providing stunning sea views. The apartment is modernly furnished and boasts 2 air conditioning (h/c) units, internet (line possible), satellite TV, city water, and Gesa electricity. Towels and bed linen are also provided. Our winter rental is available for a few or several months from September through May, with rent plus one-month deposit and electricity. Water, internet, parking, municipal and garbage fees, and final cleaning are included while commission rates are available on our website and vary depending on the rental period. Well-behaved pets with insurance may also be permitted on request.

Colónia de Sant Jordi is a former fishing village, part of the municipality of Ses Salines in the southeast corner of Majorca, between Santanyí and Campos. To the west, Colonia de Sant Jordi boasts the longest natural beach on the island - Es Trenc - surrounded by vast pine forests. The coastal area features rocky islands, untouched fine sandy beaches, and abundant vegetation washed by crystal clear water. Directly on the harbor promenade of Colònia de Sant Jordi, visitors can find numerous restaurants and cafes to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The journey to Palma and the airport takes approximately 30 minutes.
