This property is available for seasonal rental between October and May. It features a charming Finca-Chalet with a lovely terrace, garden, and pool situated on a small plot near Campos. The ground floor chalet spans approximately 150 m down the road between Campos and Sa Rapita and sits on a 1,700 m2 plot. The fenced rental area immediately surrounding the house is approximately 700 m2. The covered terrace is an impressive 45 m2 and includes an outdoor laundry unit with an ashtray and gas boiler for hot water, as well as a carport that can fit one vehicle.

The back of the house features fruit trees and chickens that are tended to by the landlord from time to time. Access is afforded by the same manual entry gate. The house itself is approximately 100 m2 and was renovated in 2005. From the terrace, you can enter the living-dining room which includes an open fireplace. On the left side of the room, there is a kitchen decorated with natural wood tones and comes fully-equipped with gas hobs, electric cooker, fridge, dishwasher, and microwave. The kitchen also has access to the terrace. There is one bathroom with a shower and on the right side of the hall are three double bedrooms with wardrobes.

Pets are not allowed. The maximum period for rental is four to five months with an extra charge for electricity and a one-month deposit required. The coast is approximately 7 km away, and it's about 2 km to Campos and all services, while Palma is approximately 40 km away.
