Situated on a fenced-off land of roughly 1,000 m2 on the outskirts of Es Carritxo, this charming house offers a lawn garden, barbecue, and covered terrace.

The interior of the chalet, which measures around 55 m2, features a living/dining room with an American kitchen that includes essential appliances such as ceramic hobs, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and washing machine.
