There is a bathroom with a shower, washing machine and electric water heater. Additionally, there are three double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes accessible from a hallway, with two of the bedrooms containing two single beds and one bedroom furnished with a double bed. There is also a bathroom with a bathtub/shower. The exterior may be accessed from the living room, kitchen and hallway.

On the first floor, accessed via an external staircase, there is one large bedroom furnished with a double bed and an en suite bathroom with a shower. The property is equipped with brown stoneware tiled floors, double glazing, aluminum and wooden shutters, and hot and cold AC in the living room and bedrooms. Other amenities include oil heating, SAT TV and Spanish channels, WIFI connection from 3 / 1 MB, combined electric and solar light, cistern water and well water for external irrigation, hot water by gasoil or solar panels. The property is furnished in a modern and ethnic style, with a cot and baby chair available for use.

Please note that pets are not permitted and there is an additional cost of €200 for the final cleaning. The property requires a minimum stay of 5 nights and possesses a tourist license ETV / 2111. There is an optional air conditioning fee of €10 per day. Additionally, the property is available for temporary rental between October – May ( See Ref. F 38 WT ).

With a distance of roughly 4 km to the coast, roughly 6 km to Campos and Colonia Sant Jordi, and approximately 41 km to Palma, the location is convenient to explore Mallorca's popular tourist destinations.
