We’re Mika & Douglas, two Swedish souls with a vision to bring new light into the real estate industry in Mallorca. Together we acquire over a decade of experience within the real estate, interior, and finance industry. 

Douglas is Demiaz’s head broker with a B.A. (hons) in Global Financial Management from London. He has experience in real estate and investment banking in both Asia and Mallorca. He’s a problem solver with a get-it-done work ethic. Connecting people to their dream homes is what he finds the most joy in. 

Mika functions as head of interiors at Demiaz. She received a B.A. (hons) from Sir John Cass Faculty of Art, Architecture and Design in London, and has got experience from international design studios in London working with clients such as Accor, Marriott, and independent high-end brands. With her passion for conceptual design, she’s excited to bring homes to life with a full on experience.
